Customer Portal Guide
Welcome to the USP Service Platform. We've built this portal to give you direct access to our support team, your service history, and everything you need to get the most out of your USP products - all in one place.
Getting Started
If you haven't received your account invitation yet, please follow 📄 Create customer portal account.
Visit 📄 Customer Portal Help once you have signed in to get information on specific topics.
Helpdesk & Ticket Management
We want resolving issues to be as straightforward as possible. Through the portal, you can:
- Submit a ticket - Report an issue or make a service request directly to our team. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can help.
- Track your tickets - See the status of all your open and resolved requests in one place, with search and filter options to find what you need quickly.
- Update a ticket - Add comments, share additional information, or upload files to an existing ticket at any time.
- Close a ticket - Once you're satisfied that an issue has been resolved, you can close the ticket yourself or confirm resolution when we prompt you.
Self-Service Resources
To give you more flexibility and control, we've made the following self-service features available directly through the portal - no need to contact our team for routine changes.
- Maintenance Pages - Need to make changes to your backend? You can activate a maintenance page on your managed security product yourself, directly from the portal. This temporarily redirects visitors to a maintenance notice while you work, and lets you deactivate it again once you're done.
- Security Profile - Take control of your web application firewall rules by configuring the OWASP ruleset applied to your virtual host. You can enable, disable, or adjust individual rules to define which requests are blocked - letting you fine-tune your security posture without waiting on us.

Stay up to date with everything we release for our products:
- Software downloads - Download the latest versions of USP software covered by your license agreement.
- Release notes - See what's changed in each update, including new features, improvements, and fixes.
- Product documentation - Access user manuals, technical references, and integration guides for all your USP products.
